CJY Toys operates this website at cjytoys.com. The store is operated by Guizhou CJY Trading Co., Ltd, a company based in China. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

These terms apply to purchases and use of our website, together with the product information and policies presented before you place an order. Purchasers must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract.

Product Information and Prices

Please review each listing for the product style, physical piece count, packaging, dimensions and age guidance before ordering. One pack or bundle in the cart may contain multiple individual toys.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Screen settings may cause minor color differences; this does not change our responsibility to supply products matching their description.

Our squishies are toys, not food. Follow the age guidance, warnings and care instructions supplied with the specific product.

Orders and Payment

Please provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Orders are subject to successful payment and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you. We will not substitute products or charge an increased price without your agreement. Payments for items we cannot supply will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Ready-stock orders dispatch within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Carrier transit time is additional. An order may ship from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate parcels.

Factory wholesale, international and custom/OEM orders follow the shipping costs and timelines confirmed in their quotation.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact shaodanna@cjygroup.cn as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether your request can still be accommodated based on the order’s processing status.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after a parcel has been handed to the carrier. Custom-order changes and cancellations are subject to the agreed quotation, production status and applicable consumer rights.

Returns and Product Issues

The buyer pays return shipping for non-quality reasons. Damaged, defective or incorrect items will be reviewed using your order details and supporting information. Depending on the issue, a suitable resolution may include a replacement or an agreed refund. A return may be waived by agreement.

Custom orders are not refundable for non-quality reasons. Quality issues, including those involving opened small ready-stock orders, can be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.

Wholesale and Custom Orders

Ready-stock purchases and factory/custom projects have different quantities, pricing and timelines. Custom specifications, packaging, minimum quantities and production arrangements must be confirmed in the quotation.

Resale buyers should request documentation for the specific products and destination market they require. Resellers are responsible for their own product representations and retail activities. Original product identification and safety information should remain available to the final customer.
