How many squishies will I receive?
Check the selected pack size on the product page. A 1PC option contains one toy; a 3PCS Set contains three toys. The quantity box is the number of packs, and the total piece count is shown before adding to cart.
Each squishy is individually packed. The product page lists the exact contents of fixed sets.
How soon will my order arrive?
Ready-stock orders dispatch within 2 business days. Dispatch time is not the delivery time. Transit takes additional time; use the delivery estimate and shipping options shown at checkout.
For an event date, allow a delivery buffer. Contact us before ordering if your deadline is close. Factory and custom orders follow the timeline confirmed in your quote.
What is your 7-day returns and exchanges policy?
Request window: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, exchange or review of a product issue. Include your order number and, for a quality issue, clear photos.
Ready-stock orders: The buyer pays return shipping for non-quality reasons. Quality issues, including opened small ready-stock orders, can be reviewed for an agreed refund or other suitable resolution. A return may be waived by agreement.
Custom orders: Custom orders cannot be refunded for non-quality reasons. Quality-related refunds are reviewed and agreed based on the issue.
Return address: Returns go to the warehouse that originally shipped the goods. Contact us before sending anything so we can confirm the correct warehouse and instructions, especially for split shipments. We reply within 24 hours.
