Shipping Policy

U.S. Ready-Stock Orders
Ready-stock orders dispatch within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Dispatch means handing the parcel to the carrier; carrier transit time is additional.

Shipping Rates
All amounts below are in USD.

Eligible U.S. orders of $29 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska orders of $99 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping.

For eligible U.S. orders below $29, flat-rate shipping is $3.99.

Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska orders below $29, flat-rate shipping is $5.99. 

Applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service. Review the available shipping options and any delivery estimates shown at checkout. If you need an order for a specific event date, please contact us before ordering.

Multiple Parcels
An order may ship from more than one U.S. warehouse and arrive in separate parcels at different times. Tracking information will be provided for each parcel when available.

Factory Wholesale & Custom Orders
Factory wholesale, international and custom/OEM orders follow separately quoted shipping costs, production schedules and dispatch timelines. Please confirm these details with us before payment.

Delivery Issues
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an address error or experience a delayed, missing or damaged shipment, contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate and help.
